Ceremonies
I am an ordained Spiritualist minister, licensed to officiate marriage ceremonies in The State of Ohio and Kentucky.
I respect each person's spiritual journey. I will work with you to create a unique ceremony.
Spiritualism is a religion that encompasses Natural Law and the philosophy of God. The communication with loved ones in spirit is unique to Spiritualists and is practiced as proof of the continuity of life; life continues after earthly death. Spiritualism is a religion. People are given the freedom to contemplate and come to their own understanding of God. We are all one as human beings and we are all individual on our spiritual journey.

Weddings
As an ordained minister, I provide warm, professional wedding officiating services designed to make your ceremony meaningful, personal, and memorable. I work closely with each couple to create a ceremony that reflects their love story, values, and vision for their special day. Services include officiating the wedding ceremony, guiding the flow of the event, and personalizing the script with vows, readings, and special touches that honor the couple’s unique relationship. My goal is to create a heartfelt experience that celebrates your commitment and leaves lasting memories for you and your guests.

The beauty of a renewal ceremony brings a sacred sense that entwines two hearts who are strongly committed to go the distance. As an ordained minister I offer a personal and unique ceremony to add even more memories to a life time of commitment.
Vow Renewal

House Blessing
A house blessing is a meaningful ceremony that
welcomes peace, protection, and fresh energy into
your home. Through prayer and symbolic actions,
we invite God/Spirit into everyday life and set
intentions for joy, safety, and love. This is perfect for
a new home, after renovations, or anytime you’d
like to restore peace. A house cleansing is similar,
with a special focus on clearing negative energy
and bringing back balance and harmony.
When you schedule Reverend Katherine to officiate your wedding, you will also schedule a pre-planning appointment to review an outline of ceremony options tailored to your celebration. This visit is usually held four weeks before the wedding. During the appointment, Reverend Katherine will confirm that you have your wedding license application, ask brief get-to-know-you questions to personalize the ceremony. A final review of the ceremony plan will take place one week before the ceremony. A similiter appointment planning is scheduled for vow renewal.

The lifting of the veil at the altar symbolizes the sacred transition from single life to married life. In this meaningful moment, the veil is gently lifted to reveal not only the face, but the heart—offered openly in love, trust, and commitment. A wedding veil is a delicate and timeless symbol of romance, capturing the quiet anticipation and beauty of walking down the aisle.
